SARANA makes the dish with its original spiced chicken, and you can customise it with extras such as a fried egg, broccoli, capsicum and cheese. Choose toppings to suit your appetite: it makes a hearty option for lunch.

To go with your meal, there is hand-drip coffee made with seasonal beans from Market Lane Coffee, as well as cold brew extracted over 5 hours. Coffee shochu, made by infusing shochu with coffee beans, can be served with milk, soy milk, water or soda. Whether you stop in for coffee or a casual drink in the evening, the menu offers options throughout the day.
